A Message from the Headteacher -  22nd September 2014

Hello everyone,

The 2014 Autumn term has started well and all our new Reception children have settled well into life at Tarleton Holy Trinity.

The dates are set for Harvest, Parents' Evening and even the Christmas activities!! Just click on the pencil at the side of this page which says 'School Calendar'.

This Friday we are 'gearing up' for our 'Bog Eyed Jog', where the children are asked to come to school at 8.15am in their pyjamas, ready to take part in a sponsored jog. Once it is all over they'll return to their classrooms for breakfast, before their lessons start!!

Our Open Day this year is on 15th October with sessions in the afternoon and in the evening for you to come to look round the school. Have a look at the leaflet below for more details!!

Thanks for reading, yours sincerely,

Stephen B. Smith

Some of our Year 6 Get Confirmed - 24th June 2014

|

On Tuesday night, 8 of our Year 6 children were confirmed, along with candidates from our neighbouring parishes.

Bishop John led the service which was held in front of a packed church. It was a lovely service, despite the rain...and then it was back to the school hall for some refreshements and some photos afterwards.

A Brief note about our School

We have a very successful Breakfast Club and After School Club housed on site.

Judged by OFSTED as a good school, we offer a creative curriculum based very much on outdoor learning.

We have a proactive and supportive Governing Body and a busy Friends of the School.

Our website is under development and has two purposes:-

  • To provide information about our school for any parents considering applying for a place for their child.
  • To act as an information bank for our existing parents, to which they can refer for holiday details, copies of relevant forms and the weekly newsletter.

...all at the touch of a few keys!!

We hope you will find this site useful...and I'll be asking you as to your thoughts about our website as it 'evolves'!!

Please note that all the significant school policies are available to view on this website, and this includes our new School Prospectus and our Pupil Premium Statement. All our latest Policies etc. can be viewed by 'clicking' the policy 'pencil' although one or two policies are still on other pages!!
