Some of our Year 6 Get Confirmed - 24th June 2014

|

On Tuesday night, 8 of our Year 6 children were confirmed, along with candidates from our neighbouring parishes.

Bishop John led the service which was held in front of a packed church. It was a lovely service, despite the rain...and then it was back to the school hall for some refreshements and some photos afterwards.

The Infants Visit Farmer Ted's - 21st May 2014

|

Our youngest three classes all visited Farmer Ted's on Wednesday and they had a lovely time. They learned all about the animals, the pigs, the cows and even the birds of prey. They got to handle some bigger animals...and some smaller ones...and then they had a good play on the playground. A super time was had by all!!

A Brief note about our School

We have a very successful Breakfast Club and After School Club housed on site.

Judged by OFSTED as a good school, we offer a creative curriculum based very much on outdoor learning.

We have a proactive and supportive Governing Body and a busy Friends of the School.

Our website is under development and has two purposes:-

  • To provide information about our school for any parents considering applying for a place for their child.
  • To act as an information bank for our existing parents, to which they can refer for holiday details, copies of relevant forms and the weekly newsletter.

...all at the touch of a few keys!!

We hope you will find this site useful...and I'll be asking you as to your thoughts about our website as it 'evolves'!!

Please note that all the significant school policies are available to view on this website, and this includes our new School Prospectus and our Pupil Premium Statement. All our latest Policies etc. can be viewed by 'clicking' the policy 'pencil' although one or two policies are still on other pages!!
